Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how you can purchase, manage, and cancel one-time and subscription orders from Sinuvox.
One-Time Purchases
When you purchase a one-time product, payment is collected in full at checkout. Orders are processed promptly after payment confirmation. Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee cancellations. If you wish to cancel before shipment, please contact team@sinuvox.com immediately.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries every 4 weeks (28 days) until you cancel.
Subscription Terms
Price: The amount shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged for each 28-day delivery, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
Billing Frequency: Your stored payment method will be charged automatically every 28 days on your billing date.
What You Receive: With each billing cycle, you will receive the same products and quantities you selected at your initial purchase. If you purchased a bundle (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 3 Get 2 Free), you will receive the same bundle with each 28-day shipment.
Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew every 28 days until you cancel.
Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next delivery, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
How to Cancel:
- Email us at team@sinuvox.com with your cancellation request
- Log in to your customer portal at sinuvox.com/account and cancel yourself
- Click the "Manage Subscription" link in any of our emails
Refunds: We do not issue refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed and shipped. See our Refund Policy for eligibility on returns.
Pre-Billing Notifications: We will send you an email reminder before each renewal, giving you time to review your subscription, make changes, or cancel before you are charged.
Your Consent
By completing a subscription purchase, you:
1. Agree that your subscription will renew automatically every 28 days at the price shown at checkout.
2. Understand that you will receive the same products and quantities with each 28-day renewal, including any bundle amounts you originally purchased.
3. Authorize Sinuvox to charge your stored payment method for each renewal at the stated price until you cancel.
4. Confirm you have reviewed and agree to our Refund Policy.
