Refund policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must first receive authorization from our support team at support@try-stronghold.com.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

All Stronghold products are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.
If you have used the product consistently for 60 days as directed and can provide proof that it did not deliver results, you may request a full refund.
Please note:
This guarantee applies only to customers who follow the usage guidelines for 60 consecutive days.
Returns or refunds will not be granted for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with appearance, or unopened/unused items.
Returning an order
Contact us via email at support@try-stronghold.com, and state the reason for your return, and we will send the RMA return label according to the reason for your return. The return label will have shipping costs paid.
Pack the item neatly and carefully, and send it.
Packing instructions:
1. Securely pack the items in a box.
2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
4. Ship the package from the nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
If you did not receive a return label, please email support@try-stronghold.com. Pack the item neatly and carefully, and send it.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Stronghold will cover the full cost of return shipping.
All other approved returns: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying their own return shipping.

We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products returned solely due to personal preference or change of mind (including unopened packaging)
Sale items or gift cards
Perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to request an approved return for the defective or incorrect item and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Lost shipments
If at least 2 days have elapsed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service via email at support@try-stronghold.com and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the item(s) whereabouts with the courier service. If we cannot track your shipment after the 5-day investigation, the shipment will be declared lost, and you will be entitled to a full refund, or we will send a replacement if you choose so.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Subscription Orders
For customers enrolled in a Stronghold Subscription Plan, please note the following:
Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
To avoid being charged and shipped for the next cycle, you must cancel or modify your subscription before your upcoming billing date.
