📩 Order Confirmation & Shipping

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Stronghold at support@try-stronghold.com, confirming we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment.

Once your order is processed and shipped, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

🌍 Shipping & Delivery

We offer Paid and Free Premium Worldwide Shipping, plus optional upgrades for faster service and added protection.

Standard shipping is $4.95 on all orders below $79.90.

For orders of $79.90 or more, free premium shipping applies.

  • Cut-off Time: 11:00 AM PST (Mon–Fri)

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 business days

🔒 Shipping Protection – $4.95

You can choose to add Shipping Protection to the cart.
This covers your order in case of loss, theft, or damage in transit.

✅ Order Questions & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number right after purchase.

  • Check your Spam/Promotions folder if it’s not in your inbox.

  • If you didn’t receive one, email us at support@try-stronghold.com with the subject:
    “Order Confirmation Not Received”

To track your order, use the tracking number sent to your email.
If you don’t receive tracking within 7 business days, contact us.

We ship using reliable partners like USPS and others, depending on your region.
High-value shipments may require a signature on delivery.
